Happy holiday, Bulgarians!

Today, 22 September 2022, Bulgaria celebrates 114 years of Independence. On this day in 1908 in the church “St. Forty Martyrs” in Veliko Tarnovo with a manifesto Prince Ferdinand I declared the Independence of Bulgaria. It was recognized by the Ottoman Empire and the Great Powers in the spring of 1909.
