The director of the museum in Pazardzhik with an award for overall contribution to the preservation and promotion of the cultural and historical heritage

On September 8, 2023, the Ceremonial Hall of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences hosted the Third International Forum “Brand Bulgaria – Touch the Miracles”. The event was organized by the “Cultural Heritage” Society, the official representative of Europa Nostra – the largest European organization for the protection of cultural heritage in Bulgaria. At the annual award ceremony of the “Cultural Heritage” Society, Boris Hadjiyski, the director of the Regional History Museum in Pazardzhik, was awarded the Brand Trakia award for his contribution to the modernization of the museum and the exposition of the magnificent Ravnogorsk treasure. The award was presented by Prof. Dimitar Dimitrov, Rector of UNSS, in recognition of Hadjiyski’s overall efforts towards the preservation and promotion of cultural and historical heritage.
