Regional History Museum – Pazardzhik won a project for the restoration and conservation of the “Genovata” house
The Regional Historical Museum in Pazardzhik has secured funding for the restoration and conservation of the “Genovata” House. The Ministry of Culture has awarded the museum a grant of 299,956.17 leva to support specialized conservation and restoration activities for immovable cultural values.
The project includes structural reinforcement, roof repairs, and conservation and restoration work on both the facades and interiors of the “Genovata” House. These efforts aim to prevent further damage or destruction of the building.
Constructed in 1880, the “Genovata” House is a notable example of urban Revival architecture. Its restoration will help preserve the cultural heritage and historical memory of Pazardzhik.
